Yiftach Jacob established iArgento in 1995. In the late 90s, iArgento led the first and second rounds of financing for Mobileye, Volorin, and Ecotest. In 2014, iArgento brought on Shai Hod as CEO and the fund has continued to see rapid growth since then.
With over thirty years of experience in the field, Shai and Yiftach, CEO and Chairman respectively, are able to connect founders with investors and experts in the field. They connect our portfolio companies with emerging markets, complementary technologies, and new suppliers- helping them scale their businesses and increase revenue.
Additionally, Shai and Yiftach practice parallel investing by allocating capital towards our portfolio companies alongside our clients.

With over 15 years of finance, banking, entrepreneurship, and technology experience, Shai works with local and international investors and is a sought-after lecturer on topics in these fields.

Yiftach founded iArgento in 1995. Prior to iArgento, he spent 15 years serving as CFO and CEO at several large Israeli companies.
Yiftach is a graduate of the London School of Economics and serves as Director for several private companies.

Judith Amselem
Judith coordinates investor relations, manages the investment and reporting processes in the various partnerships, and liaisons with business partners and other service providers.

Shajar Epsztein
Shajar is iArgento's legal advisor, specializing in the corporate, commercial, and high-tech domains. She is responsible for all the regulatory and compliance matters of the Group and is a member of the Group's investment committee. She is the founder of Shajar Epsztein Advocate Law Office.
Before working at iArgento, Shajar was legal counsel with a private family office and worked as a corporate attorney for Goldfarb Seligman & Co. Law Firm. She holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University.

Ron Grossman
Ron is the group's chief analyst, and a member in the investment committee of the limited partnership ‘iArgento Hi-Tech Assets’ traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Ron has worked for international and public companies such as: the Dutch Randstad and the British PA Consulting Group.
Ron holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Metropolitan University of London and an MBA from the Imperial College London.
